Drop Off.

We will Drop you off in the designated drop off areas at the terminals, however Gatwick now being £10 for drop off, means we could maybe go a little earlier and drop off for free in the long stay car Park - this would mean that you would have to get a bus round to the terminal which are frequent. Or the alternative may be to drop off in the car park, which maybe cheaper. We will liase with yourself what you want to do with this.

Pick Up.

We track all incoming flights so we know usually before you do when you will be landing. When you do land, within 10 minutes after you land we will send you a text / What's app so that you will have your drivers phone number for communication purposes and then we will come into the car parks once you have communicated to us that you are off the plane and heading to immigration, this should help to keep the parking costs to the bare minimum. Your help with this will probably save you money. If your flight is late, there is no waiting time added as we will know you are late and can take measures to counteract this, all incoming flights are tracked on-line.
